Fantasy Sports Services Inc. is a games, promotions and sports information company formed in 1989. Fantasy Sports games have been played by well over 500,000 participants.
Fantasy Sports helps produce the Sports Forecaster Series of magazines (Hockey, Baseball and Football), and assists SLAM! Sports in the production of the Sports Forecaster Hockey online service.
President Digger Turnbull writes and co-hosts Poolside (produced by Fantasy Sports Services Inc.). Poolside is a one-hour radio show heard Thursdays on the THE FAN 590 in Toronto and a weekly TV segment, seen Tuesdays on Global-TV's Sportsline (Ontario). Poolside is an information based show which caters specifically to people who are in rotisserie and fantasy leagues, office or any type of sports pool, but it is also geared to the average sports fan who just wants to know more information about all players and teams.
